Hi, I'm Selina
For as long as I can remember I have walked the path of crippling anxiety, overwhelm and relentless racing thoughts all whilst chronic people pleasing and hiding it from the world. Those dark days once led me into alcoholism and total burnout, until I discovered a gentler, holistic way forward, one that re-trained my mind to let go of catastrophic thinking and soothe my nervous system naturally.
Since then, I have guided hundreds of mums back to a place of inner peace and calm using evidence-inspired tools like CBT rituals, soothing nervous system relaxation resets and mindfulness practices.
